Ozone exhibits remarkable functional diversity, with its strong oxidizing properties being particularly noteworthy. The mechanism by which it disrupts bacteria merits in-depth investigation. In terms of current production processes, ozone can be manufactured at relatively low cost, providing economic feasibility for large-scale clinical application. If the strong oxidizing properties of ozone can be widely promoted in the medical field, it holds promise for bringing transformative changes to clinical treatment. In particular, it may open new pathways for breakthroughs in addressing the global challenge of bacterial resistance.
